Go back to days that had seen the light!
The heavy burden's on our shoulders,
Seem only now to be stealing our life.
There seems to be no real emotion,
Except for anger driven wild!
It's been so long since we were happy,
Eternity since we laughed, loved or smiled.
Fear and doubt shower upon us,
We're nearly drowning in the flood.
I finally have made my decision!
My heart to you, my flow of blood!
I've decided to just start over!
To go someplace that sees the light.
No heavy burden's on my shoulders,
I say good bye to our old life.
